Made it!

Sitting here in the rain slowly recovering from the week at Emma. I cannot express how impressed I was by the dedication and collegiality that was such a big part of the experience. The long days paid off with an impressive and very diverse set of products. One small glitch with a project that had no sound but everyone else is doing well.

Highlights for me:

Getting to know the students

The food

The sharing of expertise and experience

Everyone's kindness towards my family

Playing my first game of GTA ( while Mark and JR watched painfully at my lack of gaming skills)

The Herb Glazer theme song

Kent drinking his special beverage

plus many other warm memories that will visit me over the next while

Again a big thanks to everyone who participated in the event. Let's see if we can do something like it soon.

    Thank-you Jay for the great week. Thanks for the gummi bears, the fun of your kids and family, and my classmates because more than I thought I grew close to the people in that manky old room and I will always look back fondly as this being the most influential class I have EVER taken. Thanks to JR and and Mark for giving their time and expertise and to my bunk mate who made the craziest video I have ever seen and I loved every second of it!

    Thank you to everyone for the Emma Lake Experience. I had a great week. I enjoyed the company, food, cabins and the entire Kenderdine campus. I am still working on my video but with the skills I gained at Emma I have been successful in making significant progress. Looking forward to seeing everyone in August!
